Navigation:  Items > Create Item

Items may be directly created in the system manually one at a time. To create items by import method, see the Import Items section of this user guide.

To Create Items Manually:

1.Click Items in the Menu Bar.

2.Click Create Item in the submenu bar or click Create New Inventory Items found in the body of the screen.

In the Create Item screen, there are five Tabs:

1.Description - (Required) Contains general information regarding the Item.

2.Unit of Measure - (Required) Contains detailed specifications regarding type of unit of measures.

3.Recur. Storage - (Optional) Used to setup recurring storage billing.

4.Qualifiers - (Optional) Used to create SKU level separators.

5.Assembly - (Optional) Used to create Kitting components for Assemblies.
