Navigation:  Shipping > Setups > Manage Retailers > Merge

To Merge Retailers:

1.Select two or more customers from the Choose a Customer dropdown menu (A minimum of two Retailers are required for a merge).

2.Highlight the Retailers and click on the Merge button. The system will transfer the two selected Retailers to the Merge Retailer screen.

To Merge the Retailers:

1.Highlight the Retailer that will be the primary retailer after the Merge. The un-highlighted retailer will be merged into the highlighted Retailer. (Example: Stanley Logistics Pacific West is the Retailer that will survive after the Merge).

2.Click on the Merge button and the system will remove the un-highlighted Retailer from the Grid (Clicking on Cancel will terminate the Merge).

1. The surviving Retailer is displayed.
