To view the Inactivated Item:
1.Check the box Show Inactives.
2.Click Refresh Grid.
3.The system will display the inactive and active Items for the customer.
Inactive Items and Kits can be Reactivated through the Manage Items Main Screen:
1.Choose a Customer by typing the customer name or selecting from the dropdown menu.
2.Select the Type of SKU you are searching such as Items, Kits Items or both. Refer to the Manage Items - Items and Kit Search Options Overview section of this user guide for SKU selection options.
3.Check the box Show Inactives.
4.Click Refresh Grid.
5.The system will display active and inactive Items.
6.Highlight the Item to Reactivate.
7.Click Reactivate.
8.The system will regenerate the Item as an Active Item.
