Description: Determines if the full month or half month rate should be billed based on the Split Day.

Explanation: This script allows you to define a Split Day, a Full Month Storage Charge and a Half Month Storage charge for Receivings. Receivings with a Process day of the month (1-31) before the Split Day will be charged the Full Month rate. Process Dates on or after the Split Day will be charged the Half Month rate. The number of units charged is determined by the number of Movable Unit IDs connected to the Receiving, and this value will be multiplied by the appropriate rate to calculate the total charge.
