Explanation: Specify a charge.  Adds up abResults.Handling, Storage, FreightPP, Freight3, SpecialCharges, Materials, AutoCalcStorage, and AutoCalcHandling.  If all those things added together are less than the minimum charge you specified, we'll use the minimum instead of those.  Otherwise, we're fine, here.  Not clear on whether or not those other charges will still be part of the order if they exist, but fall below that minimum amount...
