Navigation:  Adjustment > Adjust Charges

To adjust charges:

1.Choose the Adjustment Tab.

2.Choose the Adjust Charges Icon.

Note: this is for closed and confirmed transactions. Receivers must be within 60 days of the live adjustment date.

Within the Adjust Charges Screen we can:

1.Adjust Receiving Charges.

2.Adjust Shipping Charges.
