Manage Ship-to Contacts

To view and make changes to Ship-to-Contacts:

1.Select a customer from the Choose a Customer dropdown menu.

2.Select from one of the following search parameters:

Select All "ship-to"s to show all contacts.

Select Flagged as "Quick Lookup" to view contacts that are set as a Quick Lookup in the Orders screen.

Shipped within the last 60 days (the amount of days can be adjusted up or down) to specify a period of time.

Select Shipped more than 2 times to select contact based on shipping frequency (the amount of times shipped can be adjusted up or down).

3.Specify a State, where Order was shipped to, from the dropdown menu to narrow the search (Optional).

4.Click on Refresh Grid and the new parameters for the Ship-to Contacts will display.

5.After highlighting a specific Ship to-Contact, click Edit to make changes

6.After highlighting two or more Ship-to Contacts, click on Merge to combine the Ship-to Contacts into one contact.
