1.Select the Customer from the drop down.
2.Select the Warehouse (Facility) from the drop down.
3.Navigate to the Order/Receiver tab.
4.In the drop down for Default Unit for Order/Receiver Storage and Handling Charges select the Unit of Measure.
5.Click New to add a new storage type to assign Free Days.
1.Set the storage Unit Type from the drop down.
2.Set a Split period full rate for storage upon receipt.*
3.Set the Split period half rate for storage upon receipt.*
4.Enter the Free days to apply to all items assigned to this storage unit of measure.
5.Click Add & Close.
*Storage Upon Receipt is a transactional billing event based on the date of the receiver and the expiration of free days. The split rate storage setup is outside of the automatic recurring storage feature. Free days are accounted for when recurring storage is calculated.
