Description: Adds Transportation Rating

Script:

User Input: NONE.  It's all based on information already defined in the system.

Explanation: This script checks to see if a Warehouse Transaction has FreightRateQuote information on it.  If it does, it will create a charge for each FreightRate in FreightRateQuotes based on the Estimated Cost plus any Markup Amounts (there can be more than one) in the FreightRate.  The description given the charge is simply the Carrier on the FreightRate.
