Navigation:  Receiving > Create ASN/Receiving

To Create a new Receiving:

1. Select the Create Receiving link and the system will take you to the BuildReceiveVer3 screen

Please Note - If Create ASN's is enabled at the Company level, then the Create Receiving link will display Create ASN/Receiving.

 

To Create a Receiving from the BuildReceiveVer3 screen:

1.Select the Customer from the Choose a Customer drop down menu

2.Select the Warehouse from the Warehouse drop down menu

3.Provide a UNIQUE reference number in the Ref# field.  This will be the primary identification field for this receiver.

4.Select Save. Once Save is selected, the system will automatically assign a Transaction number to the Receiver and a Notifications tab will automatically open.
