Obtain URI from:
/rels/inventory/receiver
converts a receiver of type ReceiveAgainst (meaning ASN) to Normal so actual quantities can be recorded
valid for open receiver where ReadOnly.ReceiverType is ReceiveAgainst
each ReceiveItem.PrimaryQty is copied to ReceiveItem.ReadOnly.ExpectedQty
If-Match request header required; Success status: 204
